Founded 2020
Built for people who are tired of being let down
We started Earmedic because we were fed up with the same thing you probably are — products that overpromise, underdeliver, and get quietly worse every year.
Why we exist
Earmedic was founded in 2020 with a straightforward goal: find the one product that actually works, make it as good as it can possibly be, and keep it that way.
We'd spent too long watching good products get ruined — cheaper materials, smaller quantities, higher prices, worse packaging. The slow, steady degradation of things that used to be reliable. It has a name now: enshittification. We wanted no part of it.
Every penny we make goes back into sourcing better materials, improving what we already sell, and keeping prices honest. Not into marketing budgets. Not into making the box look fancier while the product inside gets worse.
One thing, done properly
We don't want to be a brand with a hundred products. We want to be the brand you think of when you need this one thing — and you know it'll be exactly what you expect, every single time.
That means no cutting corners on materials. No switching suppliers to save a few pence. No quietly reducing the quantity in the pack. If something can be better, we make it better. If it's already right, we leave it alone.
What we stand for
Reliability over novelty
We're not chasing trends or launching new products for the sake of it. We'd rather have one product you can rely on completely than ten you're not sure about.
Honest about what we are
We don't overclaim. We don't use language designed to impress rather than inform. If something works, we'll tell you how and why. If it doesn't do something, we'll say that too.
No wasted resources
Every decision we make — materials, packaging, pricing — is about getting the most value to you without waste. Not waste of your money, and not waste of anything else either.
Built to last
The goal is a product you buy once, use for years, and never have to think about again. That's what we're working towards with everything we make.
We're still small. That's the point.
Being small means we can care about every detail. It means we're not optimising for shareholder returns or quarterly growth targets. It means when something isn't right, we fix it — because our reputation is the only thing we have.
If that sounds like the kind of company you want to buy from, we'd love to have you as a customer.
